Piedmont, ITALY - 1970 Domenico Masucco  saw his inspiration for making pasta from his wife and her cooking traditions. That is where it all began, and the little artisan pasta shop became the Alfieri Specialita Alimentari. The Langhe region Pasta - perfection pasta for endless traditional recipes.  Riccioli al Barolo (wine infused) or the Riccioli Nero di Seppia (squid ink), just to name a few. Lasagnotte - durum wheat semolina egg pasta - cooked aldente filled with home grown ingredients is a favourite for a winter warm up!!
