Pennisi, founded over 40 years ago in Belpasso by Father Sebastiano, has evolved into a renowned Sicilian sweets producer. Sebastiano’s son Orazio, inheriting his father’s passion, expanded the business, introducing the brand Pennisi Dolceria Siciliana. Upholding tradition, Orazio and his family meticulously craft delicacies like cannoli waffles, almond pastries, nougats, and more.

With increasing demand and international acclaim, Pennisi maintains high standards in ingredient selection, prioritizing quality and authenticity. Almonds and pistachios, sourced from the shadow of Mount Etna, ensure superior flavor. Adhering to rigorous safety protocols, Pennisi is IFS and BRC certified, guaranteeing top-tier quality and safety standards.

Today, Pennisi boasts about 70 employees, predominantly female artisans who handcraft each delicacy, preserving Sicily’s sweet traditions. With products reaching global markets, Pennisi remains dedicated to honoring Sicily’s culinary heritage while satisfying the world’s sweet cravings.
